Kathy Hill is our Office Manager and has 20 years experience in accounting and office management. Kathy handles all aspects of accounting, insurance services, written contractor agreements and manages the office. She has been with Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing since 2003.

Pam Pendergrass is our Accounting Clerk and has 25 years experience in level one accounting and customer service. Pam handles accounts payable and accounts receivable. She has been with Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing since 1999.

Janie Holder is our Secretary and Customer Service Representative. She was with the company when Butch Pendergrass purchased the original Ted Holder Plumbing Company in 1998. Janie was with Ted Holder Plumbing for 19 years.

Tina Byers is our Inventory Clerk and Customer Service Representative. Tina has over 20 years experience in customer service and management. Tina orders all materials, job cost daily reports and customer service. Tina has been with Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing since 2006.
